Connected AI apps
On The Map and Done for you, you can connect an AI app, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your Eidomai account. This section explains what that connection shares and keeps.
You choose what the app can do. When you connect, you sign in to Eidomai and choose Read only or Read and write. Read only lets the app read your account (your overview, battle map, Work list, briefs, Your Context and accuracy results) and run the draft check on text you give it. Read and write also lets it mark a page shipped, send a fact or a claim confirmation for review, and change your weekly watchlist. An app never sees your billing or payment details, and it can only open the business accounts your sign-in opens.
What the app receives. Only what its requests ask for, from the accounts you approved. What the app does with that information is governed by the app's own terms and privacy settings, not by Eidomai. Check your AI app's data settings before you connect it.
What Eidomai keeps. A record of each connection: the app's name, the access you chose, which business it opens by default, when you approved it, when it was last used, and its most recent change. A log of the app's requests: which tool it used, for which business, and when. We use it for security, support and to show you the app's activity under Connected apps, and we keep the most recent 2,000 entries per account. Changes an app makes are recorded exactly as if you had made them in the portal, each labeled with the app's name. Drafts sent to the draft check are scored and not stored. We keep only the scores and a fingerprint of the text, so a shipped page can be matched to the check it passed.
Access and sign-in. The app connects through OAuth. Its access tokens last one hour and its refresh tokens 30 days; we store them only in scrambled (hashed) form. The app never sees your access code.
