Eidomai is a product of Nimbletoad, Inc. (“Nimbletoad,” “we,” “us”), a California corporation in Carlsbad, California. This policy explains what information we collect on eidom.ai, which companies receive it, why, and the choices you have.
Information you provide. When you use the demo form or email us, we receive what you send: typically your business name, website, city, what people hire you for, your answers to the qualifying questions, your name, email address and, if you give it, phone number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site, and date and time of visits, collected through the analytics services named below.
The Eidomai portal (operated by Nimbletoad, hosted on Vercel). The demo form posts to the portal’s intake endpoint, which stores your submission so a person can build and run your measurement.
HighLevel, Inc. (LeadConnector), CRM and email. The portal passes your contact details and form answers to our CRM so we can reply, schedule the demo and send the emails you asked for. Chat messages are not involved; there is no chat on this site. HighLevel privacy policy: gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
Vercel, Inc., hosting and analytics. The site runs on Vercel, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses to serve pages and prevent abuse. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect aggregate, cookie-free page performance and usage data. Vercel privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), site analytics. Usage data such as pages visited, session duration, approximate location and device type, used so we can understand how the site is used. Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
If we add a service that touches personal data, we will name it here before it goes live.
When you ask for a free check or book a demo, we run a measurement of what public AI engines say about your business and your competitors. That measurement uses only publicly available information and the answers you gave on the form. It is shown to you on your own portal access, is never shared with another client or prospect, and is never sold. The service providers named on this page process it so we can deliver the service. Competitor sets are complete and public-facing by definition.
If you give us a mobile number and check the consent box when you book a demo, Eidomai (a product of Nimbletoad, Inc.) may text you about that appointment, your results, and occasional Eidomai updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help; you can also email hello@eidom.ai. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only for the messages described above. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging provider (HighLevel, Inc., named above) processes the number solely to deliver the messages you asked for.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
Whether or not California’s CCPA/CPRA technically applies to a business our size, we extend its core rights to everyone: ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at hello@eidom.ai. We respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site works without them.
Form submissions and measurement data are kept while there is an active conversation or engagement and for a reasonable period after, then deleted or anonymized. Anonymized wrong answers published in the library never identify a business. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with the vendors named above under their security programs.
The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
