Step by step.
- Assign: open the selector on the change (or on the whole page, in the owner card) and pick a person. The list is Eidomai, your team and each client contact, and your agency and each person on it. The status moves to Assigned.
- Start: press Start when the work is under way. The status moves to In progress, so the list says who is on what.
- Edit the copy: press Edit the copy, write it the way you want it, press Save and check it. The draft check runs again on your wording. A placeholder, a never-true line or a rules block holds it; a rules warning asks you to confirm first; otherwise it passes. The engine's copy stays underneath, struck through, and Back to the original restores it.
- Mark done: press Mark done and paste the page as it is live now, starting with https. For a profile or a listing fix, type what the profile or listing shows now instead. The date is recorded with it.
- Ask Eidomai to do it: on Done for you, press it and we do the change and record it here. On The Map the button explains that the work is yours or your agency's; the list is the same.
- Decline: press Decline and give the reason in a few words. The next month's list leaves it out, and the reason is kept on the item.
What happens next. Pin a page and set a target so next month's list starts where you want it to.
The dossier says what to change and where. These actions say who, and what happened. They are the same five on every change and every fix, so the Continuous Improvement tab reads as one list of work with owners and statuses, not a report.
Editing the copy is the one that needs a word of care. The engine's copy passed the draft check against your verified facts and your industry's rules. Your wording goes through the same check before it counts, so what reaches the page is still something the rules allow. A held edit is not a verdict on your writing; it is one placeholder or one claim to sort out first.
What the screen is telling you.
- A held edit (the draft check blocked it) cannot be marked done or sent to Eidomai. Fix the wording, revert to the original, or confirm the point with us.
- Reopen puts a done or declined item back to open. Nothing is deleted; the history on the item keeps every step with who did it and when.
- A page's status follows its changes: assigned once any change is assigned, in progress once any is under way, shipped once every change is done or declined, or when you mark the whole page done with its address.
- The Map and Done for you see the same list and the same actions. The plans differ only in who does the work.
People ask.
- Who can do these?
- Anyone signed in to the account: the client, your agency's people (Staff and Owners alike), and Eidomai. A read-only view link cannot, and neither can a connected AI agent for now.
- Does marking a change done change the website?
- No. Marking done records that you made the change, with the address or the value. The work on the page is yours or ours, depending on the plan. The next measurement reads the page as it is live.
- What does the draft check look for in my edited copy?
- The same things it looks for in a whole draft: a placeholder still in the text, a line that repeats something that is never true about you, and your industry's rules. It reports the readability scores too, but short copy such as a title is never held for those.
- I edited the copy and now it says confirm first.
- A rule in your industry pack flagged something to document before it goes up, such as a figure or an endorsement. The reason is printed under the edit. Confirm it with a fact on Your Context, or reword it.
