Pin a page, set a target, export the task list

Owners shape the month: pin a page so it is on the list and comes first, set a target for a page (a search query, a buyer question or a conversion), and download the month's changes and fixes as a CSV task list for whoever does the work outside the portal.

What to do

Step by step.

  1. Pin from a dossier: press Pin this page in the owner card. Pin by path from the tab: type the page's path, such as /services/hospice, under Pages we are improving and press Pin it. Up to twenty pages.
  2. A pinned page that is not on this month's list is shown under the form with unpin next to it; it joins the list at the next export, first, with its own dossier.
  3. Set a target on a dossier: press Set a target, pick the kind (a search query, a buyer question, or a conversion such as a booked call), type it, Save. It shows on the dossier and in the list, and the next cycle's work is written toward it.
  4. Export: press Download the task list (CSV) under Pages we are improving. One row per change and per fix: account, type, page, where, the copy, the reason, owner, assignee, status, what was done, the target and a link back to the dossier.

What happens next. On an agency's partner home, Work across accounts shows the same items at every client.

The engine picks the pages from the evidence. Pins and targets are where you add what the evidence cannot know: the page that matters to the business this quarter, the query the owner wants to hold, the action a page is there to produce. Both are kept across the monthly runs and shown to everyone on the account.

The task list is for the hand-off. A writer, a web person or a vendor who never opens the portal gets one file with every change and fix, the copy, who has it and where it stands.

How to read it

What the screen is telling you.

  • Pins and targets are for Owners: the account itself, and Owners at your agency. Staff see them and work the items.
  • A pin is a say in the selection, not a promise of movement. The page gets its dossier and its work; the measurement says what moved.
  • The CSV opens in any sheet and imports into a task tool. It carries the edited copy where there is one, so the person doing the work sees your wording.
Questions

People ask.

Why only twenty pins?
The list is ten to twenty high-value pages a month, chosen so each gets real work. Twenty pins would be the whole list; unpin one to add another.
Can I set more than one target on a page?
One. A page that needs two targets is usually two pages, and the split-query signal on the dossier will say so.
Does the export send anything to a task tool?
No. It is a file you download. A push into ClickUp or another tool is on the roadmap for agencies; say so if you want it.
