- Read the tiles: entries on file, verified by Eidomai, stated by you (not yet verified), dimensions covered out of seven, months of history.
- Read each entry once. Verified means a person at Eidomai checked it; stated by you means you gave it and it is in use while we check.
- If an entry is wrong or out of date, press Flag as wrong on it. Flag a wrong entry walks through it.
- If the ledger is thin, do the interview. The interview is the fastest way to fill it.
- Whenever something changes (hours, a service, a credential, a market), use the add-to-context box. Add a note when something changes covers it.
What happens next. Facts you file enter the ledger within the hour, attributed to you and dated. Interview answers and free-form notes are read by a person first, because they are in your voice and need shaping before a page can state them.
The ledger is the most misread screen in the portal, so here is the whole thing in two sentences. It is the list of facts about your business that everything else reads from. It is not your website, and nothing you do here changes a page.
That separation is deliberate. The measurement needs a fact sheet to judge claims against, the briefs need one to write from, and the draft check needs one to block guesses. Keeping the sheet apart from the site means you can correct a fact in one line without anything going live, and a page still goes through a draft, a check and your eyes before it ships.
What the screen is telling you.
- The ledger is the fact sheet the measurement and the writing read from. A wrong claim on Accuracy is judged against it. A brief's prompt states only what it holds. The draft check blocks any figure it cannot back.
- Nothing here touches your website. Changing an entry changes what the next brief, check and verdict know. A page edit is a separate draft, checked and shown to you before it ships.
- Two states, both used: verified (checked by Eidomai) and stated by you (in use now, promoted to verified once checked). Nothing waits on us.

- Corrections and confirmed facts apply within the hour. Interview answers and free-form notes sit in Pending until a person has read them, then appear with their provenance after the next engine run.
- Does changing an entry change my website?
- No. The ledger is what we know about you, not what is published. It shapes the next brief, the draft check and the accuracy verdicts. Any page edit is a separate draft that you see before it ships.
- Who can see the ledger?
- You and us. Your sign-in opens only your own account, and no client ever sees another client's data.
