Your ledger (Your Context)

The fact sheet everything else reads from. What it is and is not, the interview, and how to correct an entry.

How to · 2 minWhat the ledger is, and is notYour Context is the ledger: everything verified about your business, with where each fact came from. Every brief, draft check and accuracy verdict reads from it, so a thin ledger caps all three. It is not your website. Nothing on this tab touches a page; a page change is always a separate draft you see first.
How to · 2 minThe interviewA short set of questions, one at a time, a few sentences each, about ten minutes in total. Saved as you go, so you can stop and come back. It is the most valuable ten minutes in the portal, because every brief and every draft is built from what you put here.
How to · 2 minFlag a wrong entryEvery entry on Your Context has a Flag as wrong button (or Flag: this is true about us, on a line marked never true). Say what changed in one line, optionally give the correct statement, and press File the correction. Your draft checks stop using the entry at once, and the ledger updates within the hour.
How to · 2 minAdd a note when something changesNew hours, a new service, a credential, a market you moved into: type it into the add-to-context box on Your Context, say where it belongs, and press Send to your ledger. A person reads every note before it joins the ledger, and the three monthly questions appear in the same box.
