What to do
Step by step.
- Scroll to Stated as fact, please confirm. Each claim shows what an engine said about you and where it was observed.
- If the claim is right, press This claim is correct. That is the whole job: it is recorded as correct, stated by you, and on your sheet from the next check.
- If the claim is wrong, press Supply the correct fact and type the fact as it should read, in one sentence, the way you would want a page to say it. Press Save the fact.
- Move to the next claim. Five minutes usually clears the section.
What happens next. From the next monthly run, the claim is judged against the fact you gave. If the engine keeps saying the wrong thing, it appears under Incorrect with where it comes from and the plan to fix it.
The please confirm section is where the fact sheet grows fastest. Every claim in it is something an engine stated about you that your sheet does not yet cover, so Eidomai cannot say whether it is right. You can, in one click or one sentence.
This is one of the four jobs that are yours, and it is the quickest. It matters because a thin sheet cannot catch a wrong number: until the sheet says your founding year, an engine can say any founding year and the check has nothing to compare it with.
How to read it
What the screen is telling you.
- Confirmed facts are marked stated by you until Eidomai checks them, then verified. Both states are used right away: a fact stated by you applies to your draft checks now, and the engines are re-asked against it next month.
- A supplied fact does two things: it corrects the sheet, and it turns the claim into an incorrect one with a correction plan, because now there is a verified fact for the engine's words to contradict.
- Each claim shows You have sent n notes on this once you have. A person at Eidomai reads every note.
Questions
People ask.
- What if I am not sure whether a claim is right?
- Leave it. Nothing is judged until you say. If it is a fact about your own history that nobody remembers, Supply the correct fact with your best statement and say so in a note.
- Does confirming a claim change my website?
- No. Nothing on the Accuracy tab or on Your Context touches your website. A confirmed fact is what the drafts and the checks read from; any page change is still a separate draft that you see before it ships.
- I confirmed a claim and now it is listed as incorrect. Why?
- Because another engine, or another ask, said something different from what you confirmed. Your confirmation gave the sheet a fact; the engines' other answer now contradicts it. That is the check working.
