What a wrong claim is, where it comes from, and the three things you can do about one: confirm it, supply the fact, or say it is actually true.

How to · 3 minWhat a wrong claim is, and where it comes fromA wrong claim is something an AI engine stated about you as fact that contradicts your verified fact sheet. Eidomai finds them by asking the engines about you by name every month, storing the answers word for word, and judging each claim against the sheet. The fix is at the source the engine read, never in the chat.
How to · 2 minConfirm a claim, or supply the correct factUnder Stated as fact, please confirm, every claim has two buttons. This claim is correct files it as a fact stated by you in one click. Supply the correct fact takes one sentence: the fact as it should read. Either way it is on your sheet from the next check.
How to · 2 minThe correction plan, and Not rightEvery incorrect claim has a correction plan: numbered steps, each with a checkbox and a Not right button. Tick a step when it is done. Press Not right when a step rests on something that is not true about you; it strikes the step, files your reason, and the plan is rewritten on the next run.
How to · 2 minActually, this is trueThe button for when the engine had it right and our audit marked it wrong. It files the claim as a fact stated by you, re-judges the verdict, and updates the wrong-claim count on the next run. Use it whenever an incorrect claim reads as true to you.
How to · 2 minOut of date versus incorrectIncorrect was never true. Out of date was true once and is wrong today: an old address, a former service, an earlier business under the same name or domain. Each gets its own section on the Accuracy tab, because the fix is different. An old truth needs the story of what changed, not just a correction.
