Step by step.
- Open People from the partner home. The three kinds of access are explained at the top of the page.
- Owner: every account, every setting, your rates and your billing page. Give this to the people who run your agency.
- Team: the accounts you choose, or all of them, with everything inside each account except pricing. Account managers, writers and vendors get this.
- Client view: one client's overview and battle map, read-only. Nothing to click, nothing to break. You send it from the client's row on the partner home.
Three kinds of access, and every one of them belongs to a named person.
Owner is for whoever runs the agency's side of Eidomai: every account, every setting, your rates, your billing page. Team is for the people who do the work: account managers, writers, your vendor. They open the accounts you give them and never see a price. Client view is for a client who wants a dashboard and will not touch it: their overview and their battle map, read-only.
Because access is per person, removing someone is one click and affects nobody else. The old shared links are listed on People so you can retire them once your people are added.
What the screen is telling you.
- Access belongs to a person, not to a link. Every person has their own sign-in link. If one leaks, remove that person; nobody else is affected.
- A Team member never sees what you pay or what you charge. Pricing lives on the Owner's screens only.
- Everyone with access to an account sees the same map, the same work list and the same accuracy file. Corrections and confirmations are recorded against the account, so tell each other what has already been confirmed.
People ask.
- Does the client ever see my agency's rates?
- No. A client who signs in to their own account sees their account. A client view link shows overview and battle map only. Rates appear on Owner screens and nowhere else.
- Can one person be Team on some accounts and have no access to others?
- Yes. When you add a person, pick the accounts they can open. Change it any time from People.
- What happened to the shared Owner and Team links?
- They still work and are listed on People as shared links. Add your people individually, then retire the shared links. Retiring one stops it at once and sends nothing. Add at least one person as Owner before retiring the shared Owner link; the page will not let the agency end up with nobody who can manage people.
