For partners

For agencies that run Eidomai for their clients: people and access, client view links, adding and removing accounts, prospect scans, the vendor export, billing, and the three plans.

How to · 2 minPeople and access: who sees whatThree kinds of access. Owner sees everything, including your rates and billing. Team sees the accounts you give them and nothing about pricing. Client view is one client, overview and battle map only, read-only. Each person gets their own sign-in link, and removing one person changes nothing for anyone else.
How to · 2 minAdd or remove a personAdd a person with a name, an email address and a role. They get their own sign-in link by email, or you forward it. Remove is one click; their link stops the same minute and nobody else changes.
How to · 1 minGive a client a view linkA client view link opens one client's overview and battle map, read-only. Send it from the client's row on the partner home: Client contacts, name, email, Send client view link. Revoke it from the same place.
How to · 2 minAdd a client accountPartner home, Add an account: website, industry, buyer questions if you have them, plan. Setup starts on its own and a six-item checklist shows what is left. One brand in one market is one account.
How to · 1 minRemove an accountRemoval happens at month end. The account goes read-only for thirty days and stops counting on your invoice. Then Eidomai closes it out with you: the client continues directly with Eidomai, the record is held, or it is deleted.
How to · 1 minProspect scansScan a prospect from the partner home and get their one-page battle map with your branding. Five a month, reset on the 1st. When they sign, Convert to account keeps today's baseline.
How to · 1 minThe vendor export: when someone else writesWork list, Export this month: one PDF with the work list in order, every open brief, the industry rules and the copy-ready prompt, under your branding. The writer never needs the portal.
How to · 1 minYour billing pageOwner only. Shows next month's invoice before it is sent: every account at its plan, prospect scans beyond five, and your payment method. Invoices go out on the 1st for the month ahead.
Read · 2 minThree plans, one mapThe measurement is identical on every plan. The Scan measures and gives one brief a month. The Map opens the full work list, the draft check and the accuracy file for a client whose team writes. Done for you adds three tasks a month, done by Eidomai, delivered under your name. The map decides which three.
How to · 2 minMove a client up a plan, and whenThe account list marks a client Ready to move up when the map says so: a Scan client with more losing questions than one brief a month can cover, or a Map client with briefs sitting open two months running. Change the plan from Change plan on the partner home; a move up starts at once and is counted on your next invoice.
