Step by step.
- Open the report page on this site and say which page, what is wrong or out of date, and what it should say instead if you know. Your name and an email address, so we can reply.
- Press send. The report lands with a person at Eidomai the same day.
- For a wrong fact about your own business inside the portal, do not use this form: use This claim is correct or Supply the correct fact on Accuracy, Flag as wrong on Your Context, or email hello@eidom.ai.
Eidomai's whole case is that a wrong fact is a liability and the fix is at the source. That has to apply to our own site first. If a page here gets something wrong, about our product, about a tool we compare it with, or about the rules in your industry, the report page is where to say so, and a person reads it the same day.
The portal has its own corrections for facts about your business, and they are faster: one click or one line on the Accuracy tab or Your Context, applied within the hour. The report form is for the public site.
What the screen is telling you.
- The report form is for our own site. Every comparison page shows where each fact was read and when, and vendors change their products; if something is out of date, the form is how we learn.
- Corrections to the site are made by a person and the page notes what changed. We do not argue with a correction that comes with a source.
People ask.
- I saw a wrong claim about my business on the portal, not the site.
- That is the Accuracy tab. Every claim there has its own buttons: confirm it, supply the fact, or say it is actually true. A wrong ledger entry has Flag as wrong. Both apply within the hour.
- How fast is a site fix?
- Usually the same week. A wrong fact about a named product or a regulation is fixed first; a matter of opinion in a comparison gets a reply rather than an edit.
- Do you fix wrong claims about my business on other sites?
- On Done for you, yes: the corrections in each plan are sent on your behalf. On The map, the correction plan lists them and they are yours to send.
