Team members and sign-in links

You sign in with an access code or with a sign-in link sent to your email. To add someone on your team, email hello@eidom.ai with their name and address; they get their own link. Everyone on your account sees the same map and the same ledger, and nobody outside it sees anything.

What to do
  1. Go to app.eidom.ai. Enter your access code, or press Forgot your login? Get a magic link and enter the email address on your account. The link arrives by email and signs you in on that device for thirty days.
  2. To add a team member, email hello@eidom.ai with their name and email address. They get a sign-in link of their own.
  3. To remove someone, email the same address. Their link stops working the same day.
  4. To sign out on a shared computer, use Sign out at the bottom of the sidebar.

Signing in is one step: an access code, or a link emailed to you from the sign-in page. There is no password because there is nothing that needs one; the link is single-use and the code is yours alone.

Adding your team is an email to hello@eidom.ai with a name and an address. Everyone on the account sees the same portal and can do the same four jobs, so it is worth telling each other what has been confirmed and which briefs are being worked. Individual sign-ins per person are on the way; until then the account is the unit.

How to read it
  • Your sign-in opens only your own account. No client can see another client's data, and nothing you file is visible outside your account and Eidomai.
  • Everyone on your account sees the same portal: the same map, the same ledger, the same briefs. Corrections and confirmations are attributed to the account, so tell your team what you have already confirmed.
  • A sign-in link is single-use and expires. Ask for a new one any time from the sign-in page.
Questions
Can my agency or my writer have access?
Yes. Send their address to hello@eidom.ai. Many teams give the writer access so they can copy prompts and run the draft check themselves.
Is there a password?
No. Access codes and emailed sign-in links only, so there is nothing to reset or leak. If your code is lost, use the sign-in link instead.
Can I have one sign-in for more than one business?
Yes. Ask hello@eidom.ai to group them; one code then opens each dashboard with a Switch client control in the sidebar.
