Work across accounts

Partner home, Work across accounts: every page change and every accuracy fix prescribed this month at every client you open, by owner and by account, with a filtered list and one CSV for all of it. The page an agency's project manager opens on Monday.

What to do

Step by step.

  1. Partner home, Work across accounts at the top. Open items, done or declined, and the number of accounts with a work list are on the first card.
  2. By owner: each person with items, how many open and how many in all. Click a name for their list.
  3. By account: open, done, with Eidomai, and all, per client. Click an account for its items, or Open the tab for its Continuous Improvement tab.
  4. The list: filter by status with the links above it (Open, Assigned, In progress, Requested from Eidomai, Done, Declined). Each row links to the dossier or to the account's Fixes in progress, where the actions are.
  5. Download it all as a CSV for a sheet or a task tool: one row per change and per fix across every account, with owner, assignee, status and what was done.

What happens next. Open an account's dossier to assign or mark done; the roll-up updates on the next load.

An agency with ten clients on Eidomai has ten Continuous Improvement tabs, each with its own list of changes and fixes. Work across accounts is those ten lists as one: who has what, what is open where, what went to Eidomai, what shipped. It is a view, not a second place to act; the actions and their history live on the item.

How to read it

What the screen is telling you.

  • An item is one change on a page dossier or one accuracy fix. The owner is the person assigned, or the plan's default (the client, your agency, or Eidomai) until someone is.
  • An account with no work list on this plan or not measured yet is listed with that note and no items.
  • Staff at your agency assign and ship; Owners also set targets and pins, and switch Google Business Profile writes on. Everyone at the agency sees this page for the accounts they were given.
Questions

People ask.

Does my client see this page?
No. It is on your partner home. Your client sees their own account's Continuous Improvement tab, with the same items and the same owners.
Can I assign from here?
Not yet. Assign on the item itself, from the dossier or Fixes in progress. The roll-up is the view across accounts; the actions stay on the account so the history is kept with the item.
Where are the pages I pinned?
On each account's Continuous Improvement tab, under Pages we are improving. The roll-up lists the work, not the selection.
