Step by step.
- In the portal, press Copy instructions for your AI agent at the bottom of the sidebar. It copies a short set of instructions with a sign-in link for your account. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
- Paste them into the agent you use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or any agent that can open a web page.
- The agent opens the link and lands on your Overview. Before anything else it reads the agent guide at app.eidom.ai/agents: what each tab holds, where your data is, and the order to work in.
- Give it a job, the way you would give one to a teammate. Read my Work list and draft the top brief. Check this draft. Tell me what moved this month and why.
- Read what it brings back. The agent runs the draft check before anything is marked shipped, and a Blocked draft stays blocked for an agent the same as for you.
What happens next. When the agent finishes a draft, the check result shows on the brief like any other. A draft whose last check came back Blocked cannot be marked shipped.
Many people already work through an AI agent. The portal is built for that. Every tab carries a short orientation that agents read first and people never see, and one guide at app.eidom.ai/agents walks an agent through the whole loop: read the map, open the Work list, write from the brief using only your facts, run the draft check, mark it shipped.
The rules do not change for an agent. It works from your ledger, it cannot ship a Blocked draft, and it sees only your account.
Connect Eidomai to Claude or ChatGPT
On The Map and Done for you, add Eidomai to Claude or ChatGPT once, and the AI you already use works with your account directly: no sign-in link to paste, no browser to drive. The address is the same in both: https://app.eidom.ai/mcp
In Claude
Works on every Claude plan (the Free plan allows one custom connector), on the web, the desktop app and the mobile apps.
- Open Customize, then Connectors. Choose + Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Eidomai and paste https://app.eidom.ai/mcp as the server address. Choose Continue, leave the authentication settings as they are, and choose Add.
- Choose Connect next to Eidomai. Claude opens Eidomai's sign-in (below).
- In a chat, use the + button, then Connectors, and turn Eidomai on.
On Claude Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it first: Organization settings, Connectors, Add, then Custom and Web, with the same address. Members then find Eidomai under Customize, Connectors, and choose Connect.
In ChatGPT
ChatGPT runs custom connectors on the web, through Developer mode. On ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu, Eidomai can read and make changes. ChatGPT Pro can connect for reading only. Other ChatGPT plans can't add custom connectors yet.
- On chatgpt.com, open Settings, then Apps, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode. On Business, only workspace admins and owners can; on Enterprise and Edu, an admin gives you access first.
- In Settings, Apps, choose Create. Name it Eidomai, paste https://app.eidom.ai/mcp as the server address, and choose OAuth for authentication.
- Choose Scan Tools. ChatGPT opens Eidomai's sign-in (below). When the scan finishes, choose Create. Eidomai appears under your apps with a Dev label.
- In a chat, pick Eidomai from the tools menu, or mention it by name, in the message where you want it. ChatGPT may ask you to confirm before a change.
To give your whole ChatGPT workspace the app, an admin publishes it from Workspace settings, Apps.
Signing in to Eidomai
Both apps send you to the same Eidomai screen.
- Enter the email address your portal login was sent to and open the link we email you, or use your access code.
- Choose what the app can do. Read only lets it read your overview, battle map, Work list, briefs, Your Context and accuracy, and run the draft check on a draft you paste. Read and write also lets it mark a page shipped, add a fact or confirm a claim for review, and set your weekly watchlist. Either way it never sees your billing, and the draft you paste is never stored.
- If your login opens more than one business, pick the one it starts with, then press Allow.
Using it
Ask the way you would ask a teammate: What should I write this month? Draft the top brief. Check this draft. The same rules hold: facts come only from Your Context, anything else is [CLIENT TO CONFIRM], the never-true list overrides everything, and a Blocked draft cannot ship.
With Read and write, the app can mark a page shipped once two things are true: its draft check came back Ready to ship in the last 30 days, and the live address is on your own website. The Work list shows it as shipped, marked by the app, and the next monthly run measures it. Facts and claim confirmations it sends go into review, the same as when you add them yourself; nothing becomes verified until we check it. Changing your watchlist replaces the questions you had, so the app asks first and tells you what it replaced. Every change shows in your portal right away, and Connected apps shows the last one.
If your login opens several businesses, one connection covers them all. Ask "list my accounts", then name the business you mean. Every answer says which business it came from.
Read only is the default. To give an app write access later, remove the connector in the app and add it again, choosing Read and write.
To disconnect an app, open Connected apps at the bottom of your portal sidebar and press Revoke. It stops working on its next request. Revoke all also ends every agent signed in with a copied link. The Scan does not include the connector; your agents can still use Copy instructions for your AI agent.
What the screen is telling you.
- Your agent sees your account and nothing else. It signs in with your access, so it can do what you do in the portal, except make more sign-in links. Give it the jobs you would give a teammate.
- Agents read your data directly, the same numbers the tabs show, so they do not have to scrape screens or guess at what a chart means.
- Every fact the agent uses comes from Your Context. Anything not there comes back as [CLIENT TO CONFIRM], never a guess, and the never-true list guards every draft it writes.
- Treat the sign-in link like a key. Paste it only into an agent you trust, never into a public chat.
People ask.
- Which AI agents work with Eidomai?
- Any agent that can open a web page or follow a link. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot all can. The orientation is plain text, so the agent does not need anything installed.
- Can my agent see other businesses' data?
- No. A copied sign-in link opens one business, the one you made it for. A connection from Claude or ChatGPT opens the businesses your own login opens and nothing more; if that is more than one, the app can switch between them and every answer says which one it came from.
- Can the agent publish to my website?
- No. Eidomai never touches your site on The Map. The agent drafts, checks and tells you what is ready; you or your team publish, then mark it shipped. On Done for you, we publish, as always.
- How do I cut an agent off?
- Open Connected apps at the bottom of your portal sidebar. Revoke ends one connected app; Revoke all ends every connected app and every agent signed in with a copied link, on its next request. Each copied sign-in link also works only once and expires after 24 hours, and an agent stays signed in for at most 7 days.
- Which plans include the Claude and ChatGPT connector?
- The Map and Done for you. The Scan does not include it; agents on The Scan can still use Copy instructions for your AI agent.
- Does my agent train on my data?
- That depends on the agent and your settings with it, not on Eidomai. Check your agent's data settings before you hand it the link.
