The email exists so you never have to log in to know whether the month moved. It is short on purpose: the net, one loss with what to do about it, and anything waiting on you. Everything it says is on your Overview in the same words, with the link to the tab where the work is.
If you only read one thing a month, read the named loss. It is the question and engine where a page from you would do the most, and on The map it comes with the brief to write it.
How to read it
What the screen is telling you.
- The subject line is the month. The first line is the net: answers gained, lost and unchanged since last month, the same three numbers as the What changed strip on your Overview.
- Then one loss, named. The question, the engine, and who holds it now. On The map the email tells you the biggest thing you can change this month, usually the brief to write. On Done for you it says what we changed and what we are watching.
- Then any facts waiting on you. If the run found claims your fact sheet does not cover, the email links straight to the Accuracy tab so you can confirm them in one click each.
- Every number in it is the same number as the portal, from the same run. Nothing is rounded up.

- When does it arrive?
- The monthly run lands on the 2nd. The email follows once a person at Eidomai has read the results, usually the same week.
- Can more than one person get it?
- Yes. Ask hello@eidom.ai to add anyone on your team, or see Team members and sign-in links.
- I did not get one.
- Check that hello@eidom.ai is not in spam, then email us. Your report is also on the Reports tab on Done for you, and the What changed strip on the Overview is the same summary on every plan.
