What to do
Step by step.
- Open the client's account, Work list, Export this month.
- Send the PDF to whoever writes. It holds every open task in order, each brief, the rules for the client's industry and the prompt that goes in front of the draft.
- When the draft comes back, paste it into Check your draft on the task. Fix what it flags.
- Publish, then mark the task shipped with the address. Next month's map grades it.
If your writer is a vendor or a freelancer, they do not need the portal. Export this month gives them everything in one PDF under your branding, and the draft check catches what should not ship when the work comes back.
How to read it
What the screen is telling you.
- Export brief does the same for one task.
- A vendor who wants to run the draft check themselves can be added as Team on that account. Then they see the account and nothing about pricing.
- Connect Claude or ChatGPT from the account sidebar and the AI reads the brief and writes from the verified facts directly. The draft check runs the same way.
Questions
People ask.
- Does the export include the client's facts?
- It includes what the brief needs: the question, who is being named instead, what the content must say, and the industry rules. Confirmed facts from the context interview are in the brief.
