What to do
Step by step.
- Partner home, Prospects, Scan a prospect. Enter the website.
- The engine asks eight AI engines the twenty questions a buyer in that market asks and builds the battle map: where the prospect is named, where a competitor is named instead, and which sources the engines rely on.
- Open the one-page handout. It carries your logo. Take it to the meeting.
- When the prospect signs, press Convert to account. Today's scan becomes month zero, so their first report shows what moved.
A prospect scan is the pitch. Enter the website, open the handout with your logo on it, and walk in with the prospect's own battle map. Nobody needs it explained.
Five a month, reset on the 1st. Convert the ones that sign so their baseline is the day you met.
How to read it
What the screen is telling you.
- Five prospect scans a month on every plan, reset on the 1st. Beyond five, each scan is billed on your next invoice; the count is on your billing page.
- A prospect scan is the full measurement, the same one a live account gets. The difference is that nothing refreshes until it becomes an account.
- A prospect never gets a sign-in. The handout is what they see.
Questions
People ask.
- Can I scan my own clients as prospects to see where they stand?
- You can, but add them as accounts instead. The account is the same measurement plus the work list, and it refreshes.
- The prospect has two locations. Which do I scan?
- One brand in one market. Scan the location you are pitching. If they sign, each market becomes its own account.
