No. Eidomai reads public AI answers about your business. It never asks for patient or client records, and if a draft or fact sheet has patient details in it, the portal asks you to remove them before it saves. We don't sign business associate agreements, because we never handle patient or client information.

Your industry's rules

Eidomai loads the advertising rules for the industry you picked, plus any rules you added. You see them in three places: the "Rules for this content" block on each brief, the prompt you copy, and the rules check in draft check. When no sentence hits a rule, draft check says "No flags found against the [your industry] rules, version [number]. Ready for your review." Change your industry or your own rules any time in settings.

The industries with their own rules: health and medical; therapy and mental health; wine, beer and spirits; law; investment advice; securities brokerage (FINRA member); real estate; and hospice and home care. Every other business gets the FTC's truth-in-advertising rules.
